– Two Butter Fly pork chops cut to about 3/4 to 1 inch thick.
– Cajun Rub
Fire up Joe to around 500 to 550
Heat deflector in upward position
Put rub on chops about 5 to 15 minutes before grilling.
Cook for about 14 minutes on each side, longer if you like a crispy chop.
Serve with corn on the cob and a vegetable of your choice.
